| Children epilepsy is one of the major pediatric nervous system diseases,and treatment of traditional Chinese medicine has become certain characteristics. This paper summarized the experience of Professor MA Rong in treating children with epilepsy by syndrome differentiation system of five zang-organs. Professor MA Rong puts forward that the main pathogenesis of children epilepsy is asthenia in origin and asthenia in superficiality,phlegm and turbid yongsheng,induced liver wind as the standard,deficiency of liver yin and kidney yin,spleen and kidney deficiency,the heart temper yin two empty for the essence. The main disease sites are heart,liver,spleen and kidney,and the relationship with lung is also related. Deficiency syndrome and excess syndrome should be identified first in treatment,then distinguish disease position,the excess syndrome is mainly to clear phlegm and dissipate wind,while the deficiency syndrome is mainly to invigorate spleen and kidney,so as to establish the treatment and treatment of prescription drugs for clinical epilepsy treatment to provide reference. |
