| Abstract

| The local microscopic manifestations of the lipid streaks and atherosclerotic plaques of the coronary artery intima are roughly the same as those of the "accumulation" in traditional Chinese medicine,which can be classified into the category of "pulse accumulation". The article introduces coronary atherosclerosis from the perspective of "pulse accumulation",expounds its pathology,etiology and pathogenesis,and proposes the treatment of that through congenital and acquired conditioning,based on invigorating the kidney and spleen,it can improve the body's righteousness,protect the blood vessels and blood skin,and resist lipid internal invasion,in order to achieve "treatment at the root of disease". In addition to the method of removing phlegm and removing blood stasis,it also emphasizes the method of softening and resolving lumps to inhibit the development of plaque,reverse the plaque structure,and delay the process of atherosclerosis,which provides new ideas for clinical treatment. |
