| Abstract

| Children epilepsy is one of the major pediatric nervous system diseases,and traditional Chinese medicine be used to treat children epilepsy.Professor MA Rong believed that the core pathogenesis is asthenia in origin and asthenia in superficiality,the phlegm overflows the brain collaterals,the reverse disorder of the qi mechanism and the obstruction of the orifices and the movement of the wind;the main pathogenic factors are wind,fire,shock,phlegm,blood stasis,deficiency and so on.In clinical practice,master the core pathogenesis,establish treatment principles,combining pathogenic factors in different periods,use appropriate soothe the nerves of Chinese traditional medicine,usually can achieve better clinical efficacy.This paper summarizes Professor MA Rong's experience in treating children with epilepsy by using soothe the nerves of Chinese traditional medicine. |
