Abstract
[Objective] To explore the characteristics and compatibility of Chinese herbal compound in the treatment of ventricular premature beats (VPB).[Methods] With CNKI as the data source, the subject keywords were"ventricular extrasystole+traditional Chinese medicine+clinical ",the full text keywords were" traditional Chinese medicine",and the title did not contain "progress" .The time is from January 1,1979 to March 1,2020.Retrieve the relevant Chinese herbal medicine prescriptions, input all the herbs involved into excel 2010 to establish the database, and use SPSS statistics 20,SPSS Clementine12 statistical software to analyze the data.Using the BATMAN-TCM system to retrieve the compounds contained in high-frequency drugs, obtain the corresponding targets of these compounds, map and intersect with the VPB related targets in the Genecard database, analyze the KEGG pathway through the DAVID 6.8 database to obtain the important pathway of key drugs for the treatment of obesity, and use the Cycloscape 3.2.1.The software constructs "component target critical path" visual network analysis.[Results] The 102 prescriptions included in this study contained 110 Chinese herbs, with a cumulative frequency of 965 times, and the first 20 Chinese herbs, with a cumulative frequency of 562 times, accounting for 53.2% of the total frequency. The top three most frequently used were Glycyrrhizae (49 times,48.04%),Semen Ziziphi spinosae (43 times,42.16%) and Salvia miltiorrhiza Bunge (42 times,41.18%).Association rule analysis was used to get 6 Chinese medicine combinations with high support, and factor analysis produced 6 common factors.21 active components of Semen Ziziphi spinosae were found,59 core targets and 11 pathways related to VPB were found by network pharmacology.[Conclusion] Through data analysis,it is found that traditional Chinese medicine is more commonly used in the clinical treatment of VPB,such as tonic drugs, tranquilizing drugs and heat clearing drugs, and most of them are traditional Chinese medicine which has the properties of warming, calming, mild cold, sweet taste, heart returning, liver and spleen channels. In clinical use,we can mainly refer to Semen Ziziphi spinosae,Angelica sinensis,Nardostachys chinensis Batal,Astragalus membranaceus,Glycyrrhizae,Ramulus Cinnamomi,Rehmannia glutinosa Libosch,OsDraconis,Concha Ostreae,Ophiopogon japonicus,Schisandra chinensis,Ligusticum chuanxiong Hort,Radix Paeoniae Alba,Panax ginseng and other traditional Chinese medicine for compatibility. We preliminarily verified and predicted the core target and important pathway of Semen Ziziphi spinosae for VPB treatment, and provided reference for in-depth study of its mechanism.
