Abstract

believed that metabolic diseases were mostly treated from turbidity. This paper discussed the theory of aizhuo proposed by Professor JIA Yingjie through tracing the origin of ancient books, studying the modern turbid pathogen of TCM and combining with the characteristics of malignant tumor diseases. This paper mainly defined the concept of aizhuo, and expounded the pathological process of tumor diseases. It was considered that the occurrence of Aizhuo was not only related to the disturbance of qi transformation of tri-jiao,but also closely related to the dysfunction of spleen and stomach.aizhuo was not only a malignant pathological product of metabolic waste accumulation and metaplasia, but also a pathogenic factor that seriously damaged the viscera and meridians of human body. Its pathogenic characteristics included concealment, malignant consumption, cementation and fluidity, which fully reflected the specificity and refractory of malignant tumor diseases. The clear understanding of the concept of aizhuo and its related pathological process and pathogenic characteristics further improved Professor JIA Yingjie's academic ideology. |
