Abstract
|
Kidney deficiency is an inherent factor in the onset of prostate cancer. Contemporary physicians mostly treat prostate cancer by invigorating the kidney. However, some Chinese medicines for invigorating the kidney have androgen-like effects and can promote the progression of prostate cancer, which is a contradiction in clinical treatment. The essence and qi in the kidney depend on the spleen to replenish the essence,so kidney deficiency can also be treated from the spleen. The core pathological factors of "deficiency, turbidity, toxin" and other core pathological factors in the treatment of prostate cancer. The theory of "Chuzhuo Peiben" was as the guiding principle, and uses "the spleen to promote dampness, detoxification and blood stasis" was used as the treatment method. Based on the stage of "flatness",according to the stage of the disease and the degree of the strength of righteousness and the ups and downs of the evil qi,the method of attacking and replenishing is adjusted, dynamically differentiated and treated, weighing offensive and replenishing, taking care of zhongzhou to regulate the spleen and stomach, forming a characteristic treatment for prostate cancer. |
