| Abstract

| Huo Yu can reflect the current disease state and close to the essence of disease as the key of disease. According to the different stages and parts of the fire evil stagnates in the body,ZHANG Zhongjing uses the methods of diaphoresis,dispersing, harmonizing and tonifying to treat it. In the decocting and taking methods of drugs,ZHANG Zhongjing pays particular attention to controlling the degree of "releasing",and advocates that "releasing" should not be used too much,and should stop it when the qi running smoothly. Treatise on Febrile Diseases integrates theory and practice,which has important clinical significance and practical value,and promotes the development of the theory of "Huo Yu Fa Zhi". This paper discusses the application of "Huo Yu Fa Zhi" in Treatise on Febrile Diseases from three aspects which are the etiology and pathogenesis,clinical manifestation and the specific application of "Huo Yu Fa Zhi". |
