Abstract
|
[Objective] To establish a rapid analytical method for identifying the volatile components in Zixue Powder by headspace gas chromatography mass spectrometry(HS GC-MS) and evaluate the difference of the volatile components among different batches and different processes of Zixue Powder sample.[Methods] The analytical method of volatile components in Zixue Powder was established by HS GC-MS. The compounds were identified by NIST 17 database retrieval and traced to the herbal sources. The relative content of each compound was determined by peak area normalization method.[Results] The 46 volatile compounds were characterized from Zixue Powder, including alcohols, esters, aldehydes, ketones, acids, hydrocarbons and nitrogenous compounds, and the main compound was muscone. There were great differences in the relative content of the volatile components among different batches and processes of Zixue Powder sample.[Conclusion] The volatile components in Zixue Powder were characterized, which provides a basis for scientific evaluation and effective quality control of Zixue Powder. |
