Abstract
|
This article reviews the definition of diabetes peripheral neuropathy,its understanding of modern medicine,etiology and pathogenesis,traditional Chinese medicine treatment,dialectical classification and experimental research. The research literatures on the related mechanisms of the application of traditional Chinese medicine compound internal treatment in inhibiting inflammatory response, inhibiting oxidative stress,correcting metabolic disorders,improving microcirculation,inhibiting glial cell activation,and traditional Chinese medicine compound external treatment of the disease were summarized. It is hoped to provide theoretical basis and new ideas for clinical application of traditional Chinese medicine compound internal and external therapy and research on diabetic peripheral neuropathy in the future. |
