Effects of Tiaodu Shujin method combined with rehabilitation training on trunk function and angiogenesis factors in patients with cerebral infarction |

Abstract
|
[Objective] To observe the effects of the combination of Tiaodu Shujin method and rehabilitation training on trunk control function and serum levels of vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF),basic fibroblast growth factor(bFGF)and angiopoieti-2(Ang-2) in patients with cerebral infarction. [Methods] Seventy patients with cerebral infarction treated in the department of rehabilitation medicine of our hospital from June 2019 to June 2021 were selected as observation subjects and randomly divided into 35 cases each in the observation group and the control group. Under the premise of conventional internal medicine basic treatment,the control group was given simple rehabilitation training therapy,and the observation group implemented the combination of rehabilitation training with Tiaodu Shujin method. The changes of trunk control function and serum levels of VEGF,bFGF,Ang-2 and then assess the clinical efficacy of patients were compared between the two groups before and after treatment. [Results] After treatment in the two groups of patients,the TIS scale (three subscales of static balance,dynamic balance,and coordination) scores,Berg scale scores,and FMA scale scores were all improved compared with the pr-treatment period(P<0.05),and the observation group was significantly higher than the control group (P<0.05). After treatment in the two groups of patients,the serum levels of VEGF,bFGF,Ang-2 were all improved compared with the pr-treatment period (P<0.05),and the observation group was significantly higher than the control group (P<0.05).The total effective rate of the observation group was 91.42% (32/35)after treating,which was significantly higher than the total effective rate of the control group 74.28% (26/35),and the difference was no statistically significant(P>0.05). [Conclusion] The combination of the Tiaodu Shujin method and rehabilitation training can significantly improve the trunk injury condition and trunk control ability of patients with cerebral infarction,as well as upregulate the serum VEGF,bFGF and Ang-2 levels and promote the establishment of collateral circulation. |
