Abstract
|
[Objective] On the premise of ensuring that the intensity and direction of action are the same,select different points and press time,that is,30,60,90 s,to analyze and compare the relief of symptoms and signs before and after treatment in the same group and between different groups,to explore the relationship between different points and immediate effect and lasting effect,and to find the effective time for the treatment of cervical Spondylotic radiculopathy. [Methods] A total of 90 inpatients with cervical spondylotic radiculopathy in the First Affiliated Hospital of Tianjin University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from March to December 2021 were divided into three groups with the same number of patients by random number table method. All three groups basic treatment of Western medicine,ant-inflammatory,nutritional nerve and other symptomatic treatment according to their conditions. In addition,the Jingu injury department pushed the pinch technique,three groups of single point according to the time were 30 s,60 s,90 s. Treatment 6 times a week was a course of 2 courses. Tanaka Yasuhisa cervical spondylosis symptom scale and VAS score were evaluated after the first treatment and 2 weeks after treatment,and the changes of scores between and within groups were observed. [Results] 1)The total scores and symptoms and signs scores after the first treatment and 2 weeks of treatment in the three groups were higher than before treatment,and the VAS scores decreased compared with before treatment,and the scores after the first treatment and 2 weeks of treatment in the three groups were statistically significant compared with before treatment (P<0.05). 2)After the first treatment of the three groups,the comparison between the three groups after 2 weeks of treatment showed that the total scores and symptoms and signs scores of the 30s group,60s group and 90s group gradually increased,and the VAS scores gradually decreased,and statistically showed that the 30s group had statistical significance compared with the 60s group and 90s group (P<0.05),while the 60s group and 90s group had no statistical significance (P>0.05). [Conclusion] The 60s and 90s are the best time points for massage and massage in the department of traumatology in jingu,and there is no significant difference in immediate and lasting clinical efficacy between the two groups. |
