Abstract
|
The theory of blood turbidity is a new clinical syndrome differentiation system creatively proposed by Professor WANG Xinlu in view of the changes of modern medical disease spectrum and under the condition that the laboratory indexes suggested by the detection methods are abnormal and the patients have no obvious symptoms. Early intervention of posterior circulation TIA vertigo with blood turbidity theory can more effectively reduce the risk of stroke. Based on the blood turbidity theory of Professor WANG Xinlu,Professor ZHUANG Huikui, combined with his own clinical experience, created Huazhuo Tongluo Dingxuan Decoction with obvious curative effect on vertigo. This paper discusses the therapeutic effect of this prescription on posterior circulation TIA vertigo,in order to provide a theoretical basis for clinical treatment. |
