Abstract
|
Sjogren's syndrome(SS) is a chronic autoimmune disease that often infringes on the lacrimal glands and salivary glands and other exocrine glands, but also causes lung, kidney, digestive and nervous system damage and even involves systemic organs. Its etiology is complex, and the pathogenesis has not been fully elucidated. The clinical treatment of this disease is symptomatic treatment, and the commonly used drugs are immunosuppressants, glucocorticoids, etc. Total glucosides of paeony adjuvant therapy in this disease can improve patient exocrine gland function and have good clinical efficacy and safety. In this paper, the relevant mechanisms of total glucosides of paeony treatment in SS are reviewed to provide more theoretical basis for relevant experimental research and clinical practice. |
