Professor WANG Xinlu as a Chinese medical master explores the differential treatment of migraine from the theory of blood turbidity

Abstract
    Migraine is a clinical common primary headache,and due to environmental pollution,mental factors and other factors,its prevalence has increased in recent years. The efficacy of conventional western medicine treatment is often unstable and easy to produce dependence,which resulting in the disease protracted difficult to cure. Professor WANG Xinlu put forward the theory of blood turbidity based on years of clinical practice. He thoughted that turbidity gathered and collaterals injury is the basic pathological state of this disease. The impact of turbid blood on liver and stomach,and qi function disorder are easier to cause migraine acute attack,and proposed “clearing blood turbidity” as the basic treatment measure of migraine. And according to the different pathological factors,the effective prescriptions such as Xingqi Huazhuo Decoction and Qutan Huazhuo Decoction are summarized,which are widely used in the clinical treatment of migraine.
