| Abstract
|
| [Objective] To observe the clinical efficacy of Jiedu Huazheng Decoction on dysmenorrhea due to adenomyosis with syndrome of intermingled blood stasis and heat.[Methods] The 130 patients were selected and randomly divided into treatment and control groups,65 patients in each group. Patients were treated by Jiedu Huazheng Decoction in treatment group and Sanjie Analgesic Capsule in control group for 3 months;then the uterine volume,CA125,the dysmenorrhea symptom score and efficacy were compared.[Results] After treatment,the uterine volume of the treatment group was smaller than that before,and also smaller than that of the control group statistically(P<0.01). The serum CA125 level and the symptoms score of dysmenorrheal of the treatment group were significantly decreased after intervention (P<0.05). The total effective rate in treatment and control group was 90.8% and 67.7% respectively,with statistical differences(P<0.01).[Conclusion] Jiedu Huazheng Decoction can provide accurate effect for adenomyosis with syndrome of intermingled blood stasis and heat,can effectively alleviate the symptom of dysmenorrheal and reduce CA125 and uterine volume. |
