| Abstract

| [Objective] To survey the clinical effect of Modified Shaoyao Decoction combine with mesalazine in the treatment of damp-heat ulcerative colitis.[Method] The 64 patients with ulcerative colitis treated in Hebei Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from November 2020 to January 2022 were selected. All the patients were randomized into two groups,32 cases in each group,the experiment group was treated by Modified Shaoyao Decoction combine with mesalazine,and the control group adopted mesalazine,to compare TCMPS score,serum inflammatory factor,colonoscopy score,clinical efficacy and adverse reactions between both groups after eight weeks of treatment.[Results] After treatment,two groups serum inflammatory factor CRP,IL-13,TNF-α were decreased. The decrease degree of experiment group was more obvious than control group(P＜0.05). Both of 2 groups TCMPS score,colonoscopy score were decreased. The decrease degree of experiment group was more obvious than control group(P＜0.05). The effective rate and clinical efficacy of experiment group were significantly higher than control group(P＜0.05).[Conclusion] Modified Shaoyao Decoction combine with mesalazine to treat ulcerative colitis have a good effect,it can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of ulcerative colitis patients,reduce inflammatory reaction,curative effect is definite,and safety is good. |
