| Abstract
|
| Henoch schonlein purpura is a systemic small vasculitis disease with a good prognosis. Some patients still have renal injury, which endangers children's physical and mental development. The collaterals are interwoven vertically and horizontally, and the net is distributed all over the body. It transports the essence of blood and qi of the camp and guards, nourishes the viscera, but it is also a channel for pathogenic qi to invade. Collateral theory is widely used in the diagnosis and treatment of cardiovascular system, endocrine system, immune system and blood circulation system. It is found that it is closely related to the pathogenesis of henoch schonlein purpura. Based on the collateral disease theory, this paper discusses the occurrence, development and prognosis of henoch schonlein purpura from the perspective of collateral vessels, modern medicine and pharmacology. At the same time, combine the collateral disease theory with the pathogenesis of "heat, deficiency and blood stasis",and flexibly apply rattan drugs to the clinical treatment of henoch schonlein purpura,so as to provide practical and effective clinical experience for the treatment of this disease with traditional Chinese medicine. |
