| Abstract
|
| Based on the theory that phlegm and blood stasis cause the disease,the viewpoint of "phlegm combined with blood stasis becoming kenang" was first proposed in Danxi Xinfa. The basic pathogenesis of brain metastasis in lung cancer is the interlocking of phlegm and blood stasis,and the root cause of the disease lies in the internal deficiency and disorder of qi. In this paper,based on the theoretical interpretation of "phlegm combined with blood stasis becoming kenang",we take "phlegm and blood stasis" as the starting point to discuss the identification and treatment of brain metastasis from lung cancer,and propose the principle of "fuzheng tiaoqi and expeling pathogenic factors from the source to treat its roots,dissipating phlegm,removing blood stasis,dredging collaterals and detoxication to clear its source". A clinical case was shared,by combining the syndrome,method,prescription and medicine closely to analyze the treatment of brain metastasis from lung cancer. |
