|
| LIU Wansu and ZHU Zhenheng lived in the epoch of the prosperity of Neo-Confucianism. The formation of their academic ideology has a lot of sources with Neo-Confucianism. By using the way which is comparative analysis, this dissertation discusses the influence of Neo-Confucianism factors on LIU Wansu's and ZHU Zhenheng's fiery theory. It is found that on account of the differences in their understanding of the common theories such as the unity of The sky and man and the theory of Tai Chi,as well as the personality contents such as LIU Wansu's adoption of the characteristics of "fire" with Neo-Confucianism and ZHU Zhenheng's adoption of thoughts such as "saving heaven and eliminating human desires",their different understanding of fiery theory becomes gradually obvious. In the final analysis,LIU Wansu believes that the six climatic of external sensation can turn into fire. ZHU Zhenheng puts forward that the internal phase loses restriction will does harm, which finally forms an academic atmosphere in which LIU Wansu advocates the real fire of external sensation and ZHU Zhenheng advocates the endogenous virtual fire. Exploring the influence of Neo-Confucianism on LIU Wansu and ZHU Zhenheng's "fire" theory will help to improve the connotation of fire theory from a philosophical viewpoint. |
