| Abstract

| Mild cognitive impairment(MCI) is a transitional state between normal aging and dementia,its process is reversible. This article discusses the treatment of MCI based on the theory of blood turbidity,and explains that deficiency of kidney essence and blood turbidity disturbing the mind are the key to the pathogenesis of mild cognitive impairment,and blood turbidity generating phlegm and stasis into toxicity is the basic pathological changes. The treatment of mild cognitive impairment by tonifying the kidney and removing phlegm,removing phlegm and detoxifying stasis is proposed. |
