Abstract
|
Abdominal massage,as one of the traditional Chinese external therapies, has a definite efficacy in the treatment of irritable bowel syndrome (IBS),but its mechanism of action is still unclear. The gut microbiome as a hot topic in recent years, with the progress of research,it has been found that IBS patients all have abnormal intestinal flora, and the abdominal massage has a regulatory effect on it. Combined with the existing research on the mechanism of abdominal massage preventing IBS,the artical try to explore from the perspective of the intestinal flora and explore the key factor among the multiple pathways of abdominal massage intervention in IBS and the bond relationship between each pathological factor. Through this paper,it is hoped to provide new ideas for further research on the prevention and treatment of IBS by abdominal massage in the future. |
