Abstract
|
[Objective] To observe the changes of brain function network in patients with migraine without aura and compare them with normal people, and to explore the central effect mechanism of acupuncture in the treatment of migraine without aura.[Methods] Twenty patients with migraine without aura and twenty healthy subjects who met the inclusion criteria were selected. The patients underwent fMRI scans before and after acupuncture treatment, and degree centrality based on the whole brain voxel level was used, and a large-scale brain function network analysis method based on graph theory was used to compare the changed characteristics of topological indexes before and after acupuncture in patients and healthy people.[Results] Compared with healthy subjects, the brain regions with reduced DC in migraine patients without aura were left supplementary motor area, limbic lobe, medial frontal gyrus, left middle cingulate gyrus,no DC increased brain regions, and the clustering coefficient and local efficiency of patients with migraine without aura decreased significantly, and the shortest path,small-world index, and global efficiency decreased. Compared with before acupuncture, patients with migraine without aura had higher clustering coefficient, local efficiency,small-world index, and global efficiency.[Conclusion] Acupuncture treatment can improve topological indicators such as clustering coefficient and local efficiency in patients with migraine without aura. |
