Abstract

Hirschsprung disease(HD) is a congenital disease characterized by absence of ganglionic cells in the intestinal submucosa and it is mainly treated by surgery. Constipation is a postoperative complication of HD with poor therapeutic effect and the possibility of reoperation. The effect of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) syndrome differentiation on constipation is remarkable and the side effect is small. Professor ZHANG Boli has been engaged in clinical practice of TCM for more than fifty years and has accumulated a lot of experience in the treatment of complicated diseases. This article reported a case of postoperative constipation for hirschsprung disease treated by Professor ZHANG Boli,hoping to understand he’s clinical syndrome differentiation thinking and prescription experience. |
