Abstract
Senile dementia is one of the common clinical types of dementia, and there is still no effective treatment. Blood turbidity is an important pathogenic factor closely involved in the occurrence and development of senile dementia. Under the guidance of the blood turbidity theory, the pathogenesis and treatment ideas have important guiding significance for clinical intervention treatment. This article aims to provide ideas for the clinical diagnosis and treatment of senile dementia by sorting out the syndrome differentiation relationship between blood turbidity-medullary atrophy-dementia and the main treatment principles.
