Abstract
|
[Objective] To observe the efficacy of auricular acupressure combined with suspension moxibustion on the quality of life of patients with chronic heart failure with qi deficiency and blood stasis evidence.[Methods] A randomized controlled trial was used to randomly divide 80 patients with qi deficiency and blood stasis in chronic heart failure into 40 patients in the treatment group and 40 patients in the control group, both groups were given routine care for heart failure according to the relevant norms. The clinical efficacy was evaluated by the Memorial Heart Failure Symptom Assessment Scale(MSAS-HF) score (total score of heart failure-related symptoms and scores of each dimension), the Chinese medicine evidence score, and the Minnesota Heart Failure Survival Quality Scale (MLHFQ) score.[Results] After treatment, MSAS-HF score, TCM symptom score and MLHFQ score were lower in both groups than before treatment, and the treatment group was better than the control group(P < 0.05).[Conclusion] On the basis of conventional care, the addition of auricular acupressure combined with suspension moxibustion for the treatment of patients with qi deficiency and blood stasis evidence of heart failure can further reduce the clinical symptoms and improve the quality of life. |
