Abstract
|
[Objective] To analyze the effect of timing acupoint massage on the psychological resilience, daily living ability and self-efficacy of patients with hemiplegia after stroke. [Methods] From June 2021 to June 2022,120 patients with hemiplegia after stroke admitted to Beijing Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine,Capital Medical University were divided into the control group and the observation group, with 60 cases in each group by random number table method. The control group received routine nursing, and the observation group received timing acupoint massage on the basis of routine nursing,7 d as a cycle, intervention for 3 weeks. The psychological resilience, daily living ability,self-efficacy,motor function, nerve defect, gait before intervention, after 3 weeks of intervention, and nursing satisfaction of patients after 3 weeks of intervention were compared in the two groups. [Results] Compared with before intervention, after 3 weeks of intervention, the scores of Connor-Davidson Resilience Scale (CD-RISC),Modified Barthel Index (MBI),General Self-efficacy Scale (GESE),Fugl-Meyer Scale (FMA),functional ambulation classification (FAC),step length, stride length and pace of the two groups all increased, and the observation group was higher (P<0.05). Compared with before intervention, after 3 weeks of intervention, the score of National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale (NIHSS) of the two groups decreased, and the score of the observation group was lower(P<0.05). After 3 weeks of intervention, the scores of satisfaction of patients in the observation group on condition introduction,nurse-patient communication, nursing ability and nursing attitude were higher (P<0.05). [Conclusion] Timing acupoint massage could improve the psychological resilience, daily living ability and self-efficacy of patients with hemiplegia after stroke, improve motor function, adjust the gait of patients, reduce nerve defects, and obtain patients’ recognition. |
