Abstract
Chronic kidney disease(CKD) is a disease caused by a variety of primary and secondary complex factors, manifested by morphological or functional damage to the kidneys, with a complex and prolonged course, and has become a serious public health problem. At present,Western medicine has a single treatment, while Chinese medicine is rich in means of treatment and has more significant efficacy. The doctrine of sanjiao network is an important part of the theory of sanjiao by Professor HUANG Wenzheng,a famous Chinese medicine practitioner in China, which has strong guiding significance for the treatment of chronic kidney disease. The leaves,as one of the important medicinal parts of the plant class of Chinese medicine, have the characteristics of promoting qi to facilitate water circulation, promoting blood circulation and dispersing blood, promoting clearing to help lower turbidity, and warming the kidneys without being dry and strong. Leaf herbs often be used in the treatment of chronic kidney disease. In this paper,we use the sanjiao network system as a framework to sort out and summarize the clinical application of leafy herbs in the treatment of chronic kidney disease, with a view to providing reference for the treatment of chronic kidney disease.
