| Abstract
|
| [Objective] Application of data mining technology,analysis of traditional Chinese medicine oral treatment of distal radius fractures in adult medication rules,provide a reference for clinical application. [Methods] Chinese and English literatures on the treatment of adult distal radius fractures after closed reduction or open reduction combined with oral administration of traditional Chinese medicine were retrieved from the databases of CNKI,VIP,Wanfang,Chinese biomedical literature,Pubmed,Embase and Cochrane Library from the establishment of the database to November 2022. The prescriptions of traditional Chinese medicine were screened and extracted. Microsoft Excel 2016 was used to establish a database for statistical analysis of drug frequency and flavor tropism. IBM SPSS Modeler 18.0 software,R 4.2.0 software and Cytoscape 3.9.1 software were used for association rule analysis,Visual analysis of combination set,cluster analysis and network link relationship analysis. [Results] A total of 127 literatures that met the inclusion criteria were screened out,including 200 effective Chinese medicine prescriptions and 153 flavors of Chinese medicine. Among them,the frequency of angelica,safflower,dipsacus,chuanxiong,red peony root,drynaria,et al. drugs are higher,and the medicinal properties are mostly warm. The flavors are mostly sweet,bitter and pungent,and the meridians are mainly liver,spleen,heart and kidney. Through the analysis of association rules,19 drug combinations with high correlation degree (5 pairs of drugs and 14 angle drugs) were obtained. The high confidence association rules were "frankincense→myrrh" "Chuanxiong-safflower → angelica" and so on. Four cluster combinations were obtained by cluster analysis,all of which were multi-flavor drugs polymerization groups. Through network topology analysis,the core drugs were angelica,safflower,Chuanxiong,dipsacus,rhizoma drynariae and radix paeoniae rubra. [Conclusion] Oral administration of traditional Chinese medicine for the treatment of adult distal radius fractures is mainly sweet,bitter and pungent,and most of them are warm drugs. The drugs of liver,spleen,heart and kidney meridians are used in combination. The methods of tonifying blood,activating blood,removing blood stasis,and continuing tendons and bones are often used. It has certain reference significance for the clinical treatment of adult distal radius fractures in traditional Chinese medicine. |
