| Abstract

| Diabetic kidney disease is one of the most serious chronic complications of diabetes. Active treatment of diabetic kidney disease is of great significance for prolonging the time before dialysis and improving the quality of life of patients. The theory of "blood stasis and water" comes from Yellow Emperor's Canon of Internal Medicine. The series of prescriptions such as "blood stasis and water are the same disease" and "phlegm and blood stasis are combined" are found in the synopsis of Jingui Yaolue. Through the reading of ancient and modern literature,this paper summarized the theoretical source and development of "stasis and water",classified the prescriptions in the Jingui Yaolue according to the severity of the symptoms of "stasis and water",and expanded its clinical application. It proposed to treat diabetic kidney disease from the perspective of "stasis and water",and treat it with "activating blood circulation,removing blood stasis and smoothing the arteries" in different pathological stages. |
