Abstract
[Objective] To explore the mechanism of Sangma Zhike Decoction in the treatment of northwest dryness syndrome and chronic bronchitis by using network pharmacology. [Methods] Multiple databases were used to obtain the effective components of drugs and disease targets, and the intersection genes of the two were obtained. The protein-protein interaction network and enrichment analysis were constructed by STRING and DAVID databases, and the traditional Chinese medicine-component-disease target network was established by Cytoscape. Autodock Vina software is used for molecular docking verification. [Results] The 287 active components,1 147 drug targets and 213 disease targets of Sangma Zhike Decoction were screened. The GO enrichment analysis obtained 93 entries, and the KEGG pathway enrichment analysis established 49 related pathways. Molecular docking results showed that the main active components of the drug had good binding activity with the core target. [Conclusion] The study found that Sangma Zhike Decoction may affect the expression of target proteins such as TNF,MMP9,ALB and MMP1 through signal pathways such as IL-17 and AGE-RAGE,and quercetin, palmitic acid, kaempferol and apigenin may be the main components of its multi-target and multi-way treatment of northwest dryness syndrome and chronic bronchitis.
