Abstract
|
Lower extremity arteriosclerosis obliterans(LEASO) is a chronic disease that causes arterial stenosis or occlusion and leads to limb ischemia symptoms. When LEASO develops to necrosis stage,it seriously affects the quality of life of patients. LEASO belongs to the category of “gangrene” in traditional Chinese medicine. It has obvious curative effect to treat “gangrene” by applying the surgical theory of traditional Chinese medicine. In this article,by defining the manifestations of necrosis in each stage, also correctly applying the theory of “removing pus and removing decay” and “simmering pus and growing flesh”,guides clinical medication and applies it to LEASO necrosis stage, providing theoretical support and empirical ideas for traditional Chinese medicine to treat LEASO necrosis stage. |
