| Abstract

| Chronic persistent diarrhea is a common and frequently occurring disease in clinical practice. The main pathogenesis of this disease is “spleen failure and yang deficiency of spleen and kidney”. Huang Yuanyu’s Si Sheng Xin Yuan puts forward the theory of “one qi circulation”，which is “wood fire rises on the left side，metal water converges on the right side，and earth qi mediates in the middle energizer”. This theory believes that the role of the lifting hub of “spleen soil in the middle energizer” promotes the power of one qi circulation，and the mediation of the middle energizer drives the normal function of the zang fu organs. As one of the treatment methods for chronic persistent diarrhea，Jingu pediatric tuina can regulate the spleen and stomach in the middle energizer by means of manipulation，thereby contributing to the lifting and lowering of qi，strengthening the spleen and helping the movement，so as to achieve the purpose of regulating and treating chronic persistent diarrhea. Therefore，we can rethink the theoretical connotation of the treatment of chronic persistent diarrhea by Jingu pediatric tuina from the perspective of “warming the yang and strengthening the spleen，and regulating the qi”. |
