| Abstract

| With regard to predisposing physique，predisposing season，and blood sugar fluctuation，this article reviewed recent domestic and foreign literature on the relationship between temporal rhythm and diabetes. It finds that diabetes has these characteristics of annual rhythm，four seasons rhythm，and circadian rhythm，and it proposes the prevention and treatment strategy of“adjusting measures according to time” to regulate physique，regulate qi in time to treat viscera，and select the right time to prevent and control symptoms. In order to provide new ideas for further optimizing the diagnosis and treatment of diabetes in clinical practice. |
