Abstract
|
[Objective] To analyze the current status, hot spots, and trends of research on Chinese medicine for the treatment of microvascular angina. [Methods] The literature of four databases, CNKI, VIP, Wanfang, CBM were searched, and the search time spanned from the establishment of the database to May 31, 2023, and the retrieved literature was imported into NoteExpress to remove duplicate articles, further read the title and abstract. And necessary full-text reading for screening, and finally, using CiteSpace was used to visualize and analyze the authors, institutions, and keywords of the included literature. [Results] A total of 301 papers were included, and the annual publication volume was on the rise. A total of 823 authors were included in the author cooperation map, including 32 core authors, with 138 publications, accounting for 45.8% of the total publication volume, without forming a significant core group of authors. The research team with MAO Jingyuan, WANG Xianliang, WANG Henghe, GE Yongbin, ZHANG Yun, and WANG Qiang as core members was the main research team in this field. The top 3 authors in the publication volume were MAO Jingyuan with 14 publications, WANG Xianliang with 9 publications, and WANG Henghe with 9 publications, 271 institutions were included in the institutional cooperation atlas. The main research institutions were traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) colleges and TCM hospitals, with some cooperation between institutions, and relatively few Western medical institutions, and the top 3 institutions in terms of number of articles were the First Teaching Hospital of Tianjin University of Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM) with 23 articles, Tianjin University of Traditional Chinese Medicine with 19 articles, and Heilongjiang University of Chinese Medicine with 9 articles. The 405 keywords were included in the keyword co-occurrence atlas. The 35 keywords with word frequency ≥ 5 times, and 8 keywords with high-centeredness, forming 13 clusters and 20 emergent words. [Conclusion] At present, the treatment of microvascular angina pectoris by Chinese medicine is constantly developing, and research hotspots mainly focus on the diagnosis of microvascular angina, TCM syndrome type, and treatment, clinical efficacy observation, research on the basic mechanism, Meta-analysis, and Network pharmacology, etc. Meanwhile, the research on the combination of Chinese and Western medicine has also received the attention of scholars, and it is suggested that the future inter-institutional strengthening of cooperation, multi-center, high-quality clinical It is recommended that future inter-institutional cooperation, multi-center, and high-quality clinical studies should be strengthened, breakthroughs in basic mechanism research should be made, and the advantages of TCM in treating microvascular angina should be fully utilized. |
