Abstract

Spastic torticollis is the most common focal dystonia disease in clinical practice. The pathogenesis of this disease is mostly qi and blood deficiency caused by exogenous and internal injuries, and tendon and vein dystrophy. The deficiency of qi and blood runs through the whole process. Wind is the main cause of this disease. Phlegm and blood stasis are important pathological products in the development of this disease. Clinical treatment to relieve muscle wind first, set up phlegm and blood stasis, wind antispasmodic method, dispel evil first, do your best, after the righting peiben. |
