Abstract
|
Gout is a heterogeneous group of diseases caused by abnormal purine metabolism and(or) impaired excretion of uric acid.Alkaloids are a class of organic compounds containing nitrogen that are widely found in plants and used for inflammatory reactions caused by many diseases such as gout. By consulting the latest relevant literature reports at home and abroad, this paper summarizes the research progress of the effect and mechanism of alkaloids against gout,in order to provide scientific basis and theoretical guidance for further research and clinical application of alkaloids. |
