Abstract
|
Postoperative cough of lung cancer has seriously affected the daily life of patients,which has attracted more and more attention from the society. Professor CHAO Enxiang focuses on “postoperative body deficiency”,expounds it from the point of view of “wind evil attack outside,deficiency-excess complex,dual deficiency of qi and yin”,and puts forward “treating from wind in acute stage to disperse wind and relieve cough;replenishing qi and enriching yin in stable period to tonify lung,spleen and kidney”,simultaneously,he emphasizes “wiping out all evils,removing toxin and dispersing knot and dispelling phlegm and resolving stasis”. And paying attention to“tonifying containing regulating qi”. Through the accurate grasp of the nature and taste of “wind medicines”,such as their multiple effects and to use different combinations of them flexibly,the clinical effect is remarkable by combining convergence and dispersion and treating both exterior and interior. |
