Abstract
[Objective] To investigate the clinical efficacy of Taohong Siwu Decoction combined with radiofrequency ablation in the treatment of patients with varicose veins combined with thrombophlebitis of the lower limbs. [Methods] The 100 patients with varicose veins combined with thrombophlebitis of lower extremities treated in hospital from January 2020 to January 2022 were selected and divided into 50 cases each in the radiofrequency ablation group and the combination of Taohong Siwu Decoction group by using the random number table method, and the patients in the radiofrequency ablation group were given radiofrequency ablation treatment, and the patients in the combination of Taohong Siwu Decoction group were given Taohong Siwu Decoction combined with radiofrequency ablation treatment. Soluble vascular cell adhesion molecule-1(sVCAM-1),tumor necrosis factor α(TNF-α),interleukin-1β(IL-1β),D-dimer,nitric oxide(NO),thromboxane B2(TXB2),endothelin-1(ET-1),vascular hemophilia factor(vWF),6-keto-prostaglandin F1α(6-Keto-PGF1α),fibrinogen,hematocrit,and plasma viscosity levels, and patients were given skin temperature, swelling degree, skin color, and pain evaluation to compare the clinical efficacy of the two groups. [Results] After treatment, the scores of TNF-α,sVCAM-1,IL-1β,D-dimer,TXB2,6-Keto-PGF1α,ET-1,vWF,fibrinogen,hematocellular volume, plasma viscosity, skin temperature, swelling degree, skin color and pain degree in Taohong Siwu Decoction combined group were lower than those in radiofrequency ablation group(P<0.05). The NO level and total effective rate of Taohong Siwu Decoction combined group were higher than those of radiofrequency ablation group(P<0.05). [Conclusion] Taohong Siwu Decoction combined with radiofrequency ablation for patients with lower extremity varicose veins complicated with thrombophlebitis can inhibit inflammation, reduce vascular endothelial damage, improve hemorheology and microcirculation, alleviate clinical symptoms and improve clinical efficacy.
