“Fuyang method” treatment of kidney fibrosis of blood stasis and water interjunction type |

Abstract
|
Renal fibrosis is the key reason for the progression of chronic kidney disease to chronic kidney failure,so the prevention and treatment of renal fibrosis is of great significance for the treatment of chronic kidney disease. In this paper,from the perspective of traditional Chinese medicine,the pathogenesis,diagnosis and treatment strategy of kidney fibrosis caused by the deficiency of kidney yang and the interjunction of water stasis were discussed,and the three methods of supporting yang were established. Mainly for warm the kidney through the veins,dredging the Sanjiao,helping yang to rise yang,remove blood stasis and dredging collages,the source of fire,seeking yang in yin. Three methods to grasp the fundamental pathogenesis of the patient,according to the characteristics of renal fibrosis and different stages of development of different means,are based on fuyang,other methods as a supplement,both virtual and real. The selected prescription drugs are Mahuang Fuzi Decoction,Wuling Powder,Shengyang Decoction,Jinkui Shenqi Pill,etc.,and are treated according to the syndrome. This reflects the overall concept of traditional Chinese medicine and the dialectical way of thinking,which is worth learning from. |
