Abstract
|
[Objective] By reviewing the clinical research literature on tuina in the past five years, this study aims to explore the development trends and hot issues in this field, and provide feasibility suggestions and reference basis for follow-up research to promote the continuous development of this field. [Methods] The China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI) database was selected to retrieve relevant literature on clinical research using tuina from July 1,2017,to July 1,2022. The literature was screened based on the high annual publication frequency and citation times. It should be noted that redundant literature was avoided to ensure the accuracy of the analysis. The VOSviewer 1.6.18 and Cite Space 6.1.3 were used to generate a knowledge map of the authors, institutions, and keywords related to the literature for visualization analysis. [Results] A total of 194 articles were included, involving 635 authors.According to the Price's Law,66 core authors were selected, forming four team groups represented by LI Huanan,WANG Yanguo,SHI Qi,and LI Min. The literature involved 146 research institutions, mainly including Tianjin University of Traditional Chinese Medicine,Beijing University of Chinese Medicine,First Teaching Hospital of Tianjin University of Traditional Chinese Medicine, and China Academy of Chinese Medical Sciences. A total of 119 keywords were involved, and the knowledge map showed ten representative clustering groups. [Conclusion] The hotspots of tuina clinical research in the past five years focused on exploring different tuina clinical studies, including different tuina techniques or the combination of tuina with other intervention methods, and conducting evidence-based evaluations. These research dynamics reflect new trends and frontiers in tuina practice and indicate the direction of future development in the tuina field. |
