Abstract
|
As the incidence of cancer is increasing year by year, the use of a single chemotherapeutic drug in the treatment of cancer is prone to multidrug resistance. Therefore, and drug combinations therapy can play a greater advantage in clinical treatment. Curcumin is a lipophilic polyphenolic extracted from Curcuma longa L.,a traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) for promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis. It has wide range of pharmacological activities. It can be used in combination with chemotherapeutic drugs to exert synergistic anti-cancer effects and overcome multidrug resistance, which has become a research hotspot in the medical field. Based on the anti-cancer effects of curcumin and nanodrug delivery systems, this work focuses on the synergistic nanodrug delivery system of curcumin combined with chemotherapeutic drugs,so as to provide a reference for the efficient delivery of anti-tumour drugs. |
