Abstract
|
Progressive stroke(SIP) is a refractory cerebral infarction with a high rate of disability and death, and there is a lack of specific treatment for SIP. The article discusses the etiology and treatment of SIP from the perspective of blood turbidity and illustrates that blood turbidity becomes phlegm and generates stasis as the key pathological link leading to stroke progression. It is suggested that early removal of blood turbidity by removing phlegm and eliminating stasis and draining turbidity can prevent the transformation of blood turbidity into other pathological factors such as phlegm and stasis, which can effectively control the progression of stroke and achieve the goal of prevention stroke before it occurs and prevent existing disease from changing, and also reflect the concept of treating the disease before it occurs in traditional Chinese medicine. |
