Abstract
|
[Objective] To observe the CRF disease management program of “tonifying kidney and promoting blood circulation, reducing turbidity and detoxification” and analyze the therapeutic effect and improvement of clinical symptoms in patients with chronic renal failure. [Methods] The 237 patients with chronic renal failure admitted to the hospital from 2019 to 2021 were included in this study. The enrolled patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group,137 patients in observation group and 100 patients in control group, and the control group was received routine treatment. On the basis of the control group, the observation group was given the CRF disease management program which is “tonifying kidney and promoting blood circulation, reducing turbidity and detoxifying”,and the changes of urea nitrogen, creatinine, uric acid, glomerular filtration rate, endogenous creatinine clearance and other clinical indexes and symptom scores before and after treatment were compared between the two groups. [Results] The total effective rate of the observation group was 64.23%,which was higher than that of the control group(39%,P<0.05). At the same time, the laboratory indexes and symptom scores were improved in the observation group compared with the control group(P<0.05). [Conclusion] The CRF disease management program of “tonifying kidney and promoting blood circulation, reducing turbidity and detoxification” can improve patients’ clinical symptoms. In addition to effectively improving kidney function and other related clinical indicators,it can also relieve patients’ clinical symptoms and signs, improve patients’ medical experience, and provide a new idea and a new method for the management of chronic kidney disease. |
