Abstract
    Heart failure is a common cardiovascular disease with high morbidity and mortality rates worldwide. qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome is one of the hot topics in cardiovascular disease-related syndrome research,and it can manifest as a syndrome at different stages of heart failure. The identification of specific markers of syndromes has become the focus of current research on prevention and treatment of heart failure. Markers in clinical biochemical indicators of heart failure include B-type natriuretic peptid,N-terminal pro-B-type natriuretic peptide,cardiac troponin,inflammatory biomarkers,markers of myocardial fibrosis and so on. Additionally,multi-omics technologies such as genomics,proteomics,and metabolomics have been widely applied in biomarker research to explore potential biomarkers. This article summarizes the current research status of markers in clinical biochemical indicators and multi-omics markers in the diagnosis and prognosis of heart failure with qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome,while also discussing the problems in the “disease-syndrome combination” biomarker research method,aiming to further standardize and optimize the study of traditional Chinese medicine syndrome biomarkers.
