Abstract
|
Recurrent implantation failure is a hot and difficult problem in reproductive medicine today, and it can be treated with good efficacy through treatment based on syndrome differentiation of traditional Chinese medicine. In this paper, the understanding of recurrent implantation failure in Chinese medicine is sorted out in terms of etiology and pathogenesis, traditional Chinese medicine and acupuncture treatment, and it is concluded that the main pathogenesis of recurrent implantation failure is “deficiency in origin and excess in superficiality”. The treatments of this disease are reinforcing insufficiency and reducing excessiveness, and the therapies are acupuncture and herbs. The following is a summary of recent literature on the traditional Chinese medicine understanding and treatment of this condition, aiming to provide more insights for the management of recurrent implantation failure in the future. |
