Abstract
|
[Objective] To optimize the extraction process of Chinese medicine compound Biannaitong(BNT) by Box-Behnken response surface design. [Methods] Based on the single factor test,the influencing factors and range of BNT extraction process were optimized. The three-factor and three-level test design scheme was constructed by Box-Behnken response surface design method. The content of sennoside B,sennoside A and hesperidin was used as the response index to optimize the best extraction process conditions,and the process verification was carried out. [Results] The optimum extraction conditions of Chinese herbal compound BNT were as follows:solid-liquid ratio of 1∶8,reflux time of 30 min,extracting for 2 times. [Conclusion] The Box-Behnken response surface design method was used to optimize the BNT extraction process of traditional Chinese medicine compound. The method is stable and can provide a reference for the BNT extraction process. |
