Abstract
|
Essence,qi and spirit are the three treasures of human body. Essence is the material basis of life activities. Qi is the basic material and power source of the human body. It is the foundation of the body. It is the material source of the spirit as well as the essence,and is closely related to the formation of blood,body fluid and fluid. The four elements of essence,qi,form and spirit are closely related to each other,which together constitute the life view of essence,qi,form and spirit. The academic thought of “one body,two wings,dredging and regulating qi movement” was created by ZHANG Zhen,a master of traditional Chinese medicine. On the basis of soothing liver,the spleen and kidney are taken into account to regulate qi movement,which is the concrete embodiment of the life view of essence,qi,form and spirit. In view of the core pathogenesis of liver failure and qi disorder in depression,it is specifically to regulate qi and regulate qi,strengthen spleen and warm kidney to nourish essence,harmonize the five zang organs to cure the body,and harmonize qi and blood to tranquilize the mind. In the treatment of depression,the combination of soothing liver and relieving depression,invigorating spleen and warming kidney,and the selection of xinsan medicine and anthers have the effects of regulating qi,nourishing essence,treating shape and tranquilizing mind,and the curative effect is obvious. |
