Abstract
Gastroesophageal reflux disease is one of the common diseases of the digestive system, and there are many difficulties in the treatment of this disease in clinical practice. Currently western medicine treatment of this disease is mainly from the perspective of inhibiting gastric acid secretion and protecting gastric mucosal barrier, which can relieve symptoms in a short time, but there are still shortcomings such as high recurrence rate. Traditional Chinese medicine is quite effective in treating this disease from the perspective of emotion, and the theory of “five extremes” is one of the important parts of the disease caused by emotional factors. Professor LI Diangui,a master of traditional Chinese medicine, has a remarkable clinical effect in the treatment of gastroesophageal reflux disease from the perspective of emotion, and believes that “five extremes” is an important cause of this disease. This article mainly introduces the experience of the master of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of gastroesophageal reflux disease based on the theory of “five aspirations and excess”,and summarizes his thoughts on the treatment of this disease,in order to provide important diagnosis and treatment ideas for the clinical treatment of this disease.
