| Abstract
|
| [Objective] To retrospectively analysis the effect of Wenyang Huazhuo Formula（WYHZF） on pregnancy outcome of infertility patients with endometrial polyps（EPs） after TCRP. [Methods] The 109 patients with infertility combined with EP were selected as the study subjects and grouped according to whether the patients were taking WYHZF after the operation，71 cases in the test group and 38 cases in the control group. The pregnancy outcomes，whether endometrial polyps recurred and the improvement of menstruation within 1 year after TCRP were analysed in both groups. [Results] The live birth rate，the rate of sustained pregnancy，recurrence of endometrial polyps and the improvement of menstruation in the experimental group were significantly outperforms those in the control group（P<0.05）.[Conclusion] WYHZF can significantly improve the pregnancy success rate after TCRP in infertility combined with endometrial polyps，reduce the recurrence rate of endometrial polyps in infertility patients，and improve the menstrual status of infertility patients. |
