| Headache is a common clinical disease，involving a variety of acute and chronic diseases in modern times，but Western medicine treatment is usually ineffective. ZHANG Jianzhai was the most influential Jinling physician during the Republic of China，who was the founder of the Jinling medical school. ZHANG Jianzhai believes that external headaches are always caused that lower scorch is weak，and the upper is suffer from wind，he always pay attention to the six meridian dialectics；to distinguish internal injury headache， we mostly start from the liver，kidney，and spleen，and pay attention to the pathogenic role of phlegm and wetness in the process of headache pathogenesis. The medicine he used is light and flexible，and prescription are simple；unauthorized use of drugs，mutual need to make each other，enhance the efficacy；the medication takes into account the spleen and stomach，supports the righteousness and dispels evil，and prevents diseases before they occur；use authentic medicinal materials to ensure the quality of drugs and ensure thetherapeutic effect. |
